Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: October 2025
1. Appointment Cancellation
Clients must cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Emergency situations are considered on a case-by-case basis.
2. Membership & Program Cancellation
Memberships and packages are non-transferable.
Cancellation requests for subscriptions or programs must be submitted in writing to Lyxaa.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the pro-rata usage and terms agreed at the time of purchase.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued only after approval by Lyxaa’s management.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
Any service-related adjustments due to medical suitability or service modification will be communicated before processing refunds.
4. Service Modifications
Lyxaa reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel services due to availability, safety, or medical reasons.
Clients will be notified promptly via email or WhatsApp.
Refunds or rescheduling options will be provided in such cases.
5. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, such as one-time consultations, digital assessments, or promotional packages, may be non-refundable.
Specific non-refundable services are indicated at the time of booking.
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by Indian law and applicable international regulations, including consumer protection, digital healthcare, and privacy laws.
