3. Memberships & Appointments

• Memberships are non-transferable and valid only for the registered client.

• Clients must book appointments in advance to avail services.

• Missed sessions cannot be carried over to the next month or billing cycle.

• Refunds are applicable only as per Lyxaa’s official cancellation and refund policy.

• Lyxaa reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel services based on availability, medical suitability, or safety considerations.
