LYXAA EMS · ONE-TO-ONE COACHING
THE SHORT ANSWER

Lyxaa whole-body EMS is a private, trainer-led strength and wellness service. You perform active movements while a fitted system adds a controlled electrical stimulus across several muscle groups. Your goal, health history, movement and recovery guide the exercises, settings and progression.

The service begins with your goal

People come to Lyxaa for different reasons: to build strength, maintain muscle through healthy ageing, support a body-composition plan, return to regular activity or add structure to a demanding week. The first conversation identifies the outcome that matters and whether EMS is a suitable way to pursue it.

Health history, current symptoms, medicines, previous training and recovery all shape the starting point. The same equipment can therefore support very different sessions for different people.

Every session is active and one to one

You perform simple, coached movements while your trainer stays with you throughout the active session. The trainer can adjust the exercise, pace and stimulation for different muscle regions from what you feel and how you move.

  • A goal and health-history conversation
  • Individual garment fitting and contact checks
  • Guided movement with gradual settings
  • A response and recovery review

The equipment supports the service

The fitted black vest and belts place electrode contact areas over major muscle groups. Black leads connect the garments to a trainer-controlled console, which allows the stimulation to be adjusted during active movement.

This is the delivery system, not the reason for the service. Lyxaa uses it to create a measured muscular challenge inside a supervised plan built for the person.

Where EMS can fit in your wider plan

EMS mainly contributes supervised strength work. Depending on your goal, the wider plan may also include walking, aerobic exercise, conventional resistance training, mobility, Pilates, nutrition or clinical care.

A first visit helps you experience the format and gives the trainer an initial view of comfort, movement and recovery. Progress is then based on response rather than a fixed machine setting.
