Lyxaa is a doctor-led preventive healthcare and wellness company based in Kozhikode, Kerala. We combine clinical expertise, diagnostics, and modern technology to help individuals prevent and manage lifestyle diseases through evidence-based programs, consultations, and wellness services.

Lyxaa provides both digital and in-clinic preventive health programs, consultations, diagnostics, and lifestyle guidance. These offerings are intended for wellness and prevention purposes only, and not for emergency or specialized medical treatment.

03Memberships & appointments

• Memberships are non-transferable and valid only for the registered client.
• Clients must book appointments in advance to avail services.
• Missed sessions cannot be carried over to the next month or billing cycle.
• Refunds are applicable only as per Lyxaa's official cancellation and refund policy.
• Lyxaa reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel services based on availability, medical suitability, or safety considerations.

10Limitation of liability

• Lyxaa's services focus on wellness and preventive care and are not substitutes for emergency medical treatment.
• Lyxaa is not liable for self-treatment, misinterpretation of health data, or indirect damages arising from service use.
• Users are responsible for consulting qualified medical professionals for any serious or urgent health concerns.

11Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under:

• Indian laws: Information Technology Act, 2000; Consumer Protection Act, 2019; Indian Penal Code; Drugs and Cosmetics Act; and other applicable statutes.
• International regulations: GDPR, HIPAA, and other global privacy/healthcare compliance frameworks, as applicable.

Any disputes or legal matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode, Kerala, India.
