01Choose by your starting point
Two ways to begin.
Your goal matters, but so does your current health context. Start with Regular Pilates when you want private exercise instruction. Choose Clinical Pilates when symptoms, pregnancy or a recovery history need physiotherapist-led guidance.
A clearer choice
Same privacy.
Different purpose.
Both paths use private equipment sessions. The difference is who leads the session, why you are starting and whether your current health needs clinical context.
| Compare | Regular | Clinical |
|---|---|---|
| Led by | Pilates instructor | Physiotherapist |
| Best for | Fitness, strength, mobility and controlled movement | Pain-aware starts, recovery, pregnancy and postpartum needs |
| First step | Goals and equipment orientation | Suitability review and supervised starting plan |
| Scope | Exercise instruction, not physiotherapy | Movement sessions, not diagnosis or acute medical care |
Focused pathways
Movement shaped around your craft.
Athletes and dancers bring their own training loads, technique demands and performance schedules. These private pathways begin with that context.

The Lyxaa format
One client. One plan. One session at a time.
Private sessions give the instructor or physiotherapist room to adjust spring resistance, range and exercise choice without dividing attention across a class.
- 01Begin with your goals, experience and relevant health context.
- 02Set the equipment and movement sequence for your starting point.
- 03Review progress and adjust the plan as your capacity changes.
Questions
Before you choose.
Is Pilates at Lyxaa a group class?
No. Every session is private and focused on one client. Your equipment time and instruction are not shared across a class.
How do I decide between Regular and Clinical Pilates?
Choose Regular Pilates for private exercise instruction focused on fitness, strength, mobility and control. Choose Clinical Pilates when pain, pregnancy, postpartum recovery or rehabilitation history affects how you should begin. If you are unsure, the team can help you choose before a session is arranged.
Do I need Pilates experience?
No. Both paths can begin with first-time clients because the equipment and sequence can be adjusted to the individual starting point.
Is there a lower-commitment way to start?
Yes. Both service pages include a ₹500 private trial option and a one-month plan. Selecting an option records your interest while sessions are opening and does not take payment on this page.
Can Clinical Pilates replace medical treatment?
No. Clinical Pilates sessions do not replace diagnosis, acute care or a prescribed treatment plan. The physiotherapist may recommend a different starting point or medical review when needed.
