Cancellation & Refund Policy

01Overview

All payments to Lyxaa are made in advance of service delivery. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service booked and how much notice is given before the scheduled appointment or program start date. Refunds, where applicable, are always issued to the original payment method.

02Consultations

• Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours before your appointment for a full refund or free rescheduling.
• Within 24 hours of the appointment, the consultation fee is non-refundable, but you may reschedule once at no extra cost.
• No-shows are charged in full and are not eligible for a refund.

03Programs & memberships

• Before a program begins: cancel up to 48 hours before your start date for a full refund, less any diagnostics or lab tests already performed.
• After a program begins: a pro-rated refund may be issued for the unused portion, after deducting the value of consultations, diagnostics, devices and services already delivered.
• Memberships are non-transferable, and unused sessions cannot be carried over to the next billing cycle.
• Promotional, discounted or bundled program purchases may be non-refundable where stated at the time of purchase.

04Diagnostics & lab tests

Diagnostic tests, biomarker panels and genetic testing become non-refundable once a sample has been collected or the test has been processed by our laboratory partners, as these costs are incurred immediately. Tests booked but not yet collected can be cancelled for a full refund.

05Non-refundable items

• Completed consultations, sessions and services already delivered.
• Diagnostic tests once a sample has been collected or processed.
• Wearables, supplements and physical products once dispatched or unsealed.
• Registration or onboarding fees, where explicitly marked non-refundable at checkout.

06Cancellation by Lyxaa

Lyxaa reserves the right to modify, reschedule or cancel a service based on availability, medical suitability, or safety considerations. If Lyxaa cancels a service and cannot offer a suitable alternative, you will receive a full refund for the affected portion.

07How to request a refund

To request a cancellation or refund, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 73565 55001 or email hello@lyxaa.com with your name, booking details and reason for the request. Our care team will confirm your eligibility within 2 working days.

08Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. The time it takes to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
