Scheduled testing
Four defined checkpoints create a record across the membership year.

Programmes · Longevity Programme
Coming Soon
A planned 12-month programme with four scheduled health checkpoints, doctor review, nutrition support and functional training. It is designed to show change over time rather than treat one report as the full picture.
Why annual
Preventive Health is designed to find and address a current concern. The Longevity Programme is different. It builds a record.
Every three months adds a new data point. Every six months repeats the full picture. A year in, you know more than how you are today. You can see which direction you are heading.

If you have an active symptom or unresolved concern, start with the Preventive Health Programme. What is included
Each checkpoint informs the doctor review, nutrition plan and functional training that follow.
Four defined checkpoints create a record across the membership year.
Results are read in context and compared with the earlier checkpoints.
Your plan is reviewed when a major panel gives the team new information.
Movement follows your current capacity, goals and programme tier.
How it works
A clear testing rhythm keeps each result connected to the last. Scroll through the year to see what changes at every checkpoint.

A full panel, plus your priority markers identified: the ones that matter most for you.
Your priority markers are redrawn. This gives an early signal without repeating the full panel.
The full panel is repeated. Your doctor reviews the complete trend, not a single snapshot.
Priority markers are checked once more. This is the final test checkpoint of the membership year.
Precision nutrition and functional training continue through Month 12, the end of the membership year. Renew, and the next Day 0 begins immediately.
What actually changes
Every checkpoint updates two equal parts of the work: a precision nutrition plan adjusted as your markers move, and functional training built around what your body can handle now.

Precision nutrition
A practical plan built from your results, clinical context and daily routine. Every major panel gives the nutrition team a reason to review and adjust it.

Functional training
Training reflects your current capacity and goals. Foundation and Precision use recorded programming. Legacy adds live coaching online or in person.
Longevity Programme library
Eight focused guides explain the calendar, programme pillars, advanced testing, tier differences and programme fit without turning one page into a wall of text.

Choose your tier
Every tier follows the same four-checkpoint year. The difference is testing depth and how personal the functional training becomes. Pricing will be shared when the Programme opens.
