The complete annual system
Essential panels, priority checks, doctor review, ongoing nutrition and recorded functional training.
Membership comparison
Foundation, Precision and Legacy all follow the same 12-month structure. The difference is the depth of testing and whether functional training is recorded or live.

Foundation is the complete annual system. It includes the Essential full panel twice a year, two priority-marker checks, doctor consultations, ongoing precision nutrition, recorded functional training and home sample collection.
It is the starting point for continuous health optimization without the added microbiome or epigenetic testing layers.
Precision includes the Standard full panel and adds gut microbiome testing at the start of each membership year.
The nutrition, recorded functional training, doctor review and home collection structure remain the same. Renewal creates a new microbiome baseline for year-over-year comparison.
Legacy uses the Advanced full panel, includes the annual gut microbiome baseline and adds one epigenetic test in the first year only.
Functional training is live, online or offline. Precision nutrition remains an equal pillar and continues for the full membership year.

Not sure which tier fits?
Select “Not sure yet” in the early access form. The team can explain the differences when the programme is ready.
Choose Foundation when the full annual system and recorded training match what you want. Consider Precision when an annual microbiome baseline is a useful additional layer. Consider Legacy when you also want the one-time first-year epigenetic reading and live functional training.
More testing is not automatically a better fit. Suitability, interest and the form of support you will use matter more than choosing the longest inclusion list.
