Choose the right depth.

Essential, Standard and Advanced share a physician led foundation. The difference is how deeply the programme tests, how long support continues and whether fitness, CGM and retesting are included.

How to decide

Choose by need, not status.

Choose Essential when you want a structured first step

Essential is designed as the most focused entry point. It may suit an adult seeking an initial baseline and a month of practical nutrition support without the longer coaching period or advanced monitoring components.

Choose Standard when follow-through matters

Standard adds a deeper panel and three months of nutrition coaching. The longer support period can make sense when your goal is not only to understand the physician review but also to work on consistent routines over time.

Choose Advanced when you need the broadest programme view

Advanced adds guided fitness coaching, a 15-day continuous glucose monitor component and a scheduled retest to the broadest panel. It is not automatically the “best” tier for every person. A clinician should still consider whether each component is relevant and appropriate.

Still unsure?Choose “Not sure yet” on the waitlist form. Interest in a tier is not a clinical recommendation or a purchase commitment. The team can explain final inclusions when the programme opens.

What is not decided yet?

Programme pricing has not been announced. Final panel contents, operational availability and individual suitability will be confirmed when the programme opens. The pages describe the intended structure so you can understand the direction without a false deadline or premature payment request.
