One connected pathway: understand the context, collect the right data, review it with a physician and turn the result into practical support.
The pathway
The Lyxaa Preventive Health Programme is designed so that the test, consultation and plan are not separate products. Each stage gives the next stage better context. This makes the experience easier to follow and helps the clinical team keep recommendations grounded in the information available.
You share relevant health history, medicines, recent reports, current concerns and goals. The team confirms whether the programme is appropriate or whether another care route makes more sense.
The programme tier defines the overall depth. The clinical team confirms the selected tests and shares any preparation instructions that apply to your collection.
A trained collection professional visits the confirmed address. Collection timing and practical instructions are shared after your place is confirmed.
Your physician reviews the results with the context you provided, then explains relevant patterns, limitations and any follow up that may be needed.
The care team translates the review into realistic nutrition and daily-routine guidance. Advanced also adds guided fitness coaching.
Support continues for the period included in your tier. Advanced includes a scheduled retest so the team can compare selected markers over time.
What to expect
A trained member of our collection team supports home collection. A physician reviews the clinical picture. A nutritionist helps turn that review into food and routine guidance. A clinical pharmacist may be involved where supplementation or medicine context needs specific attention. Advanced includes a fitness coach, and psychological support may be recommended by referral when appropriate.
Keep your current medicines and supplements, known diagnoses, allergies, recent reports and key questions ready for the intake. Do not change medicines, fasting routines or supplements simply because you plan to join. Follow only the preparation instructions confirmed for your selected tests.
The programme is not intended to contain every kind of care. A result or symptom may need repeat testing, urgent assessment, specialist review or management by your existing doctor. The physician review should make that boundary clear and direct you to the appropriate next step.
